Terms of Service

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. Accounts are intended for the account holder; you may not share your login credentials. Parents and guardians may create relationships to their children's records for the purpose of monitoring progress.

The Service supports language learning, attendance tracking, academic progress, enrollment, payments, and administrative functions. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful content, or interfere with its operation.

By adding student information or connecting to a student record, you confirm that you are authorized to do so as a parent, guardian, or authorized staff member, and that you consent to the processing of that information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Tuition fees and other charges are displayed within the Service. Payments are processed by our authorized payment provider. Fees paid are generally non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in a separate refund policy. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

You agree not to harass other users, upload content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringing, or attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code or data from the Service. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

The Service, including its content, branding, and software, is owned by Talk n' Talk Academyand protected by intellectual property laws. Content you submit remains yours; you grant us a license to use it solely to provide and improve the Service.

You may delete your account and associated data at any time from Settings → Delete account within the app or through our public account deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where required to protect the Service or other users.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talk n' Talk Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
