• Student and family data: student name, code, grade, program, guardian name and phone number, and parent–child relationships you create.
• Learning records: attendance, academic progress entries, and teacher notes.
• Staff records: attendance, leave requests, and payroll-related information for staff members.
• Usage data: device information, access times, and logs that help us secure and improve the Service.

• To create and manage your account and authenticate your identity.
• To deliver the learning, attendance, progress, and administrative features of the Service.
• To communicate with you about your account, schedule, payments, and service updates.
• To comply with legal obligations and protect the rights, safety, and security of our users.

Where the General Data Protection Regulation applies, we process your personal data on the basis of your consent, the performance of a contract with you, compliance with a legal obligation, and our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service. You may withdraw consent or request data deletion at any time as described below.

We share data only with service providers who help us operate the Service (for example hosting, authentication, and email delivery) under written agreements that require them to protect your data and use it only for our instructions. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from Settings → Delete account within the app, or through our public account deletion page. The Service is used by students who may be minors. We collect student information only through a parent, guardian, or authorized staff member, and only to provide the educational services requested. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information without consent, please contact us so we can delete it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent or object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, use the in-app account deletion feature or contact us at the email below.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notifying you within the Service.
